Jo Thompson
Jo Thompson is an award winning illustrator, artist and graphic designer, passionate about picture books.
As the illustration tutor for Create a Kids' Book, Jo inspires emerging picture book writers and illustrators at monthly workshops, assesses manuscripts and mentors illustrators through the creation process.
She won the 2009 CYA Illustration competition and was offered a publishing contract with Ford St Publishing. Her first picture book, The Glasshouse, written by Paul Collins will be released to coincide with the 2010 CYA conference.
