Catherine grew up in a 14th-century manor house in North Wales, where she spent much of her youth imagining the lives of those who might once have inhabited it. A few years later, she married a handsome Australian and now resides with him and their two sons in the enduring sunshine of Queensland.

She writes original Regency romance, Austen-inspired variations, and Pioneer American romance.

Under the pen name Caitlyn Lynch, she also authors contemporary romance and romantic suspense. All works published under that pseudonym can be found here.
