2025 is the 20th anniversary of the CYA Conference, and will be a hybrid event, offering both in-person and online sessions to accommodate participants globally. Join us in Brisbane or online for an invaluable experience tailored for writers and illustrators at all stages of their careers and all genres.
CYA is an inclusive event, welcoming creative professionals from around the world who are passionate about children’s and young adult literature. With a diverse lineup of sessions led by industry experts, attendees will gain practical insights, hands-on guidance, and inspiration to elevate their craft.
All session times are scheduled in Brisbane time (Australian Eastern Standard Time). To ensure flexibility, recordings of each session will be accessible for 14 days after the live event, allowing attendees to revisit content at their convenience.
While all speakers and tutors are confirmed (once the program is announced), please note that unforeseen circumstances may result in changes to the program. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
